ENDING YOUR TENANCY:

Check out Fee  Inventory Company charge will be dependent on size and content of property.

The cost of the Check Out will be passed directly to the tenant. Tates will instruct an independent Inventory Company. Tates do not make any additional charges for this.  The landlord will pay for the Inventory Make and Check In.

Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments Interest at 4% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due.

Professional Cleaning (if required), as per charge of the independent cleaning company.

This charge will be deducted from the Security Deposit if it has not been carried out at the end of the tenancy. Cleaning is only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.
