Renewal Let Fees
9.6% (inc VAT) of the second fixed term or periodic period gross rents receivable.
8.4% (inc VAT) of gross rents receivable on any further subsequent fixed terms or periodic period.
Re-evaluation of current rent in accordance current market conditions and negotiation of the renewal rent. Amending and updating terms, arranging a further tenancy and producing a Memorandum of Agreement.
Renewal Management Fees 7.2% (inc VAT)
The Renewal Management service will continue as per the conditions outlined in the Full Management Service.
